You guys from Hate Cuisine are always after tips or something sweet from me.
But no chocolate cake or something creamy from me today. I thought I would offer you a bit on the side.
Maybe not what your after but this spicy apple chutney is sweet with a kick and goes well on the side of a plate of cheese and biscuits. It takes about an hour and a half of simmering and makes the kitchen hot but smells wonderful. There is nothing wrong with heat in the kitchen, in food or importantly in life.
A nice use of the fallen apples in the garden. What was that you said about preferring my pears? Naughty.
