We have all been slack lately !!! 

The good news is it's Christmas soon and this has inspired the Christmas Bake off Sunday where we are all tasked with Baking something this Sunday and bringing it in to work on Monday. Sounds genius and innovative doesn't it.

I hear sausage rolls may be explored !!!!!!!!!

Ok as I have been slack here are  some of my (or in some cases my girlfriends creations). Furthermore I certainly promise to crack on and update more.

I'm writing this as I am about to go to Willy Whatmans personal Christmas dinner in the County Town of Maidstone, Obviously pics to follow !

 I did a curry on Saturday which included turkey burgers, it was a kerala chicken curry and you need to measure your coconut milk to the decimal.

 The curry included a prawn starter, should have been raw jumbo prawns but Saino's were doing x3 for a £tenner !

Cottage Pie

I honestly don't know the difference between Cottage Pie and Shepherds Pie. I also need to move away from the meat and three veg mindset I have. Main meal + potato based side + veg x2 seems to be my standard formulae.

I'm buying a 14" wok this weekend despite being told by my wife it'll take up too much space. Kitchen revolution. I'm the stir fried Che Guevara.

High Society

Emergency shelter from the rain in Maidstone's Society Rooms. The clientele shine like burning cars on an estate and I expose my daughter to language that should be post watershed. The menu is so bleak it's turned black and white - the chef resembles Ingmar Bergman.

I awoke saturday morning and thought, no more hot dogs, badly constructed chinese takeaways or plates that would feed 3 people.
Feeling nervous about reffing later in Gillingham I have plumped for porridge and banana with coffee .
Amen and long may this attitude continue.

We're cheating again and it's only the second post. This was a Friday night Chip Shop special - none of that fancy fish malarkey - just a nice big sausage and a plate and a bit of chips. All this washed down with a speciality beer. Get in.
