What you need after Christmas is a meal that does not have Turkey, Chicken or stuffing in it. Not that I’m against some nice stuffing. This dish although it can be made with chicken I have used Pork. Pork with Apples and Cider make a nice combination. Ready steady now getting cooking and enjoy. Hey lads I enjoy the blog. As for Nigella now where is my stuffing?
