In 2012 putting my meals of HC made me realise how much rubbish i  was consuming, so heres to a new start, tonight Quorn lasagne, a spread of ham, a few cocktail sausages (dont) and SPROUTS of course., the idea is buy something like a q lasagne and bulk it up with sprouts, ENJOY

Down under we love slapping a steak on a barbie washed down with some amber nectar, but here in cold England you cannot do that. So how about a turkey steak.
